Claire Bishop - Lead governor for Finance, Property and Health & Safety.
I am the managing partner of a small accountancy practice, my specialisms being audit and accounts.
I enjoy the outdoors - gardening , walking and spending time with family on days out. I also attend fitness classes three times a week which allows me to indulge in my other hobby of baking.
Nick Cox -
I have been a teacher for 25 years in a wide variety of schools. I am currently a senior leader at an independent school near Cirencester. I am a principal examiner for an examination board and have led the production and marking of both GCSE and A Level papers. In addition, I have been employed by Ofqual as an external expert on a number of curriculum design and monitoring projects.
My two daughters, both of junior school age, keep me busy and all too often distracted from the running and fitness I very much enjoy
Mr A Ahmed – Staff Governor
I joined Henley Bank High School in 2017. My Degree is in Theoretical Physics and I did my PGCE in secondary and A-level maths. My current role is Deputy Head of Maths and at present I teach all year groups from 7 to 11. Part of my role also includes overseeing the whole of KS3 and also the Gifted and Talented groups. I believe that HBHS is a fantastic school and thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to help the pupils and school to continue developing positively.
