HBHS goes all Italian Bistro this week!
The HBHS student chefs have been busy again this week preparing a fantastic lunch of thin and crispy pizzas for the staff! The superb year 9s have stretched and prepared the dough from scratch and year 7s have chopped and prepared the onions for the yummy tomato base, even having a go with the garlic crusher! Every Friday the staff are treated to delicious and nutritious recipes and dishes made by our students. So far we’ve enjoyed lasagne, heartwarming soups and many more mouthwatering recipes. The students certainly do a very professional job of serving and presenting the dishes to the highest Michelin standard. Well done to our HBHS chefs and to Ms Williams!
