The Year 10 Geographers braved the wind and rain and had a very productive day in the Forest of Dean looking at how velocity changes with distance downstream in a small stream called Blackpool Brook. They collected their own velocity data which will then allow them to assess whether this correlates with what the theory suggests, which they have been learning in class. They worked extremely well and were a credit to themselves and the school.
