Key Dates

Thursday 21st August 2025: Results Day

This is when places in our Sixth Form will be confirmed.

  • For internal applicants:
    Please collect your results as usual and then confirm your place with our Sixth Form team, who will be available to provide support and answer any questions.

  • For external applicants:
    Please visit the school between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to confirm your place, or email a copy of your GCSE results to sixthform@henleybankhighschool.co.uk on Results Day.
    The school will also be open on Friday 22nd August from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Wednesday 3rd September: Start of term

 Start of term for Year 12 & 13. Students will begin their timetabled lessons and have opportunities to meet their teachers and classmates as they settle into Sixth Form life.

Thursday 4th September: Year 12 Trip to Cardiff University

This visit offers students insight into university life and helps with planning next steps.

Thursday 4th September: Year 12 Parents’ Information Evening (4:00pm – 6:30pm)

A great opportunity for parents to meet staff, learn about the curriculum, and discuss how we support students throughout their Sixth Form journey.
